The Frazetta Art Museum stands behind the quality of our legendary artwork and collectibles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive an authorization form.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective tubes or boxes to ensure the artwork is not creased or damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our curators inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
